Our engineers are manufacturer trained and are available to support you and your equipment. We offer tailored support packages and are flexible and understanding as to your needs.
From ongoing service contracts and warranty to one-off call-outs, we aim to be as efficient as possible to help you achieve your goals of equipment up-time and to minimise downtime due to malfunction.
We only use original manufacturer supplied parts during service and repair, so you can rest assured the quality of your equipment is maintained over the course of its lifetime, and a full detailed report is issued detailing any work carried out.
All the equipment we supply comes with manufacturer’s warranty, normally 1 year, but this can usually be extended at the time of purchase for an agreed fee, giving peace of mind and a set cost of ownership for the period chosen.
Our engineers have over 60 years’ experience in our specialised field, so you can rest assured that your service requirements are met with understanding and the knowledge of how important the equipment is to your business.
